Meet Jessica Robinson

Co-Owner and Co-Founder at Family Nest North Central Florida

Jessica Robinson combines her years of experience in healthcare with her passion for real estate to provide compassionate, personalized service to families during life’s most difficult transitions. After spending nearly two decades as a nurse specializing in family medicine, assisted living, and long-term care, Jessica transitioned into real estate, inspired by the need she saw among families managing estates and senior transitions.

Since 2014, Jessica has been involved in real estate investing, from purchasing and renovating properties to organizing estate cleanouts and liquidations. Her dedication to helping families through emotionally challenging situations led her to co-found Family Nest North Central Florida with her husband, Eric, in 2023.

Jessica’s unique perspective, shaped by her healthcare background and servant’s heart, allows her to provide practical solutions with empathy and understanding. She is passionate about guiding clients through downsizing, probate, and other life transitions, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way.

Eric Robinson brings a unique blend of expertise, dedication, and craftsmanship to Family Nest North Central Florida. With a background in Information Technology and extensive experience in repair and remodeling, Eric has spent over 15 years immersed in the world of real estate. His passion for helping people and creating seamless transitions inspired him to co-found the business in 2023.

Eric’s hands-on knowledge of construction and renovations stems from a lifetime of learning from his father and stepfather, instilling in him a commitment to high-quality workmanship. He holds himself to the highest standards, ensuring every client receives exceptional service tailored to their needs.

Eric finds immense fulfillment in helping families navigate challenging transitions, whether assisting with downsizing, probate, or estate planning. His goal is always to identify and solve problems, making life easier for those he serves. Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Jessica, and their children, as well as engaging in hobbies like basketball, golf, fishing, and being on the water.
